How Do I Change My Shipping Address?

  1. You can update your shipping information at any time by logging into your account dashboard.
  2. Once logged in, click "Shipping Information" at the top right.
  3. Enter your new billing address, then click "Update Shipping Address"

Note: To ensure your changes are processed in time for the following box, be sure to update your information before the current quarter sales period. For example, you should update your address before the end of the Summer box sale to ensure your Fall box is shipped to the updated address.
